I choose to put all my energy into making my passions a reality. My focus is never on the money. It's a simple life philosophy that has proven to be both incredibly lucrative and fulfilling.
In 2012, I started a software company (LearnDash) as a lifestyle business. I just wanted to own my time. When I sold in 2021, it had grown to 42,000+ paying subscribers, 40 employees, and had won several awards for online learning.
After the sale, I did various ventures. I dipped my toe in real estate investing, AI software, and later coaching founders of software companies. Eventually, I burnt myself out. I'm currently on an āentrepreneurial sabbaticalā.
Today, spending time with my wife and daughter, studying Spanish, working out, visiting beaches, and playing blitz chess all help to keep me balanced. I also make a point to support organizations that defend individual and social liberties.
